Steady Progress! Beach Houses Development Update

Work is progressing at Beach Houses with the structure of unit 4138/39 complete and roof cast.  Chief Development Officer, Andy Adam, shares the following update:

Electrical and plumbing first-fix internal works have commenced, as well as render to the walls. The pool walls are also being prepared to be cast in February.

The ground-floor slab of unit 4134/35 has also been cast and walls erected. The team is currently installing the decking for roof slab and expect to cast this and install the pool foundations in February.

The area under units 4132/33 and 4130/31 has been excavated and is currently being filled with marl ahead of foundation works. Units 4128/29 and 4126/27 are to follow with excavation ongoing.

On completion, Beach Houses will feature 63 two- and three-bedroom residences – each commanding 180° ocean views.
