Continued Progress – Beach Houses Development Update

Works are continuing to progress quickly at Beach Houses! 

Road backfilling and curbing activity is ongoing in front of 4128/29 and 4130/31 along with service installations. Water tanks for the potable water supply have been set up and the team is now in the process of connecting the irrigation supplies.

Please find updates on the individual units below as well as a selection of progress images:

Unit 4120
Formwork for the roof slab is well advanced and the team will pour this slab in the coming month.

Unit 4122/23
Snagging internally is well advanced. Appliances have been installed and preparations are being made for the electrical inspections. Tiling to the pool has been completed and Diamond Brite has commenced. The team is preparing the externals for back filling with soil in the coming weeks.

Unit 4124/25
Garden walls have been advanced and some backfilling to the garden and roof top has been completed. Plinths for solar mats have been installed and internal decoration to ceilings and doors is ongoing.

Unit 4126/27
PVC ceilings are now well advanced and lockers and doors have been installed. Rendering and priming to garden walls have been completed and external patio and pool tiling has started. Cladding to patio columns has also been done.

Unit 4128/29
Internal tiling is majorly complete. PVC ceilings are also well advanced. External roofing paint has been applied and soil backfill to the roof has been completed. Decoration to ceilings is now advancing well internally.

Unit 4130/31
Tiling is well advanced with only the master bath to be completed. The installation of kitchen cupboards has also progressed which will allow counter tops to be completed in the coming week. Internal decoration is also nearing completion.

Unit 4132/33
Furniture has been installed and snagging is almost complete. The team is awaiting municipal electrical inspections in order to commission the systems prior to handing over for use by hotel.

Unit 4134/35
This has been handed over and is available for occupancy.

Unit 4138/39
This unit is available for occupancy.
