Continuing – Beach Houses Development Update

Works are progressing at Beach Houses! The road and paving works between units 4138/39 and 4132/33 are completed. Backfilling and soil installation are completed in unit 4138/39 and 4134/35 and are currently in progress on 4132/33. Planting has commenced in front of units 4136/37 and 4138/39 and the team is working towards unit 4134/35 and 4132/33.

Unit 4120
The ground floor slab has been cast and preparation is being made for superstructure in the new year. Electrical inspection will be completed shortly for the pool deck which will be cast in early January upon the completion of the inspection.

Unit 4122/23
Appliances and electrical connections internally have been completed. A municipal electrical inspection will take place at the beginning of January. The pool Diamond Brite finish and mosaic tiles will be advanced in January.

Unit 4124/25
Kitchens and cabinetry are now well advanced and internal decoration is scheduled to be completed in the new year. The pool deck area has advanced and tiling to the pool has started. Back-filling around this unit will also commence in the new year.

Unit 4126/27
Painting and decorating have been advanced in preparation for the kitchen cabinetry. The pool area is currently being prepared to receive finishes.

Unit 4128/29
Floor and wall tiling has been advanced along with internal decoration works. Back-filling and preparation to the perimeter of the building will be worked on in the new year.

Unit 4130/31
Tiling has been advanced and the pool area is being prepared to receive mosaic tiles in the new year. Internally, kitchens and cabinetry are being prepared for installation.

Unit 4132/33
Internal finishes are being completed. Appliances and sanitary ware are being prepared for installation in the new year.

Unit 4134/35
The unit has been snagged and furniture has been installed. The pool is currently being commissioned for its first occupants.

Unit 4138/39
This unit is available for occupancy.
