Continuing Steadily – Beach Houses Development Update

Progress at Beach Houses Phase 1 is continuing steadily! Externally, the installation of curbs and services to the section spanning from units 4138/39 to 4130/31 is continuing ahead of expected completion in late November. The retaining wall in front of units 4122/23 through 4128/29 has also been advanced, and the service ducts installed ahead of backfilling for the extension of the road down to these units.

Unit 4120 – 4-bedroom unit now available for residential ownership. Contact to learn more!
Plumbing and electrical works have been completed to the groundfloor substructure to allow the slab to be advanced.

Unit 4122/23
Kitchens and closets are largely complete. Cleaning is ongoing in advance of final carpentry, tiling, and painting which will be followed by the sanitary ware installation.

Unit 4124/25
Ceilings, doors, and painting are all progressing. Kitchens and closets were slightly delayed and are now anticipated to commence this week. The column cladding on the patios has also been progressed along with the external storm screen installation.

Unit 4126/27
Works to the pool and deck are well advanced. Services above ceilings are also now complete and the ceilings are being closed up. The external decoration is ongoing.

Unit 4128/29
Internal ceilings are being installed and tiling has commenced.

Unit 4130/31
Ceilings are largely completed while some tiling remains to be completed in the bedroom. Work on the garden pergolas has also commenced.

Unit 4132/33
Kitchens and cupboard installations are near completion. Countertop installations are expected to commence next week which will be followed by a deep clean ahead of the sanitary ware installation.

Unit 4134/35
Countertops are complete with cabinets and kitchens to follow shortly. The team is preparing to deep clean ahead of the final painting and sanitary ware installation. Pool tiling will shortly commence.

Unit 4138/39

Snagging of the unit is nearing completion ahead of furniture installation. All appliances have been installed and the pool finish is currently being applied. External services have also been advanced and topsoil is being placed around the unit to allow planting to commence.
