Things are moving quickly at Beach Houses!

In the above video, it can be seen that we’ve made adjustments to the green roof of the Model Home. We’ve retained the garden around the roof periphery and have blanketed the interior with photo-voltaic solar panels to offset in-unit energy consumption. This sustainable design update will be replicated in all units.

Unit 4120/21
The team has commenced back-filling to the underside of foundations.

Unit 4122/23
Internal tiling is well advanced and the team has also commenced the installation of internal doors.

Unit 4124/25
Tiling to washrooms has commenced. Windows are installed and the team is preparing to install the patio doors and secure the unit.

Unit 4126/27
Tiling to washrooms has commenced along with the ceiling frame. Openings are presently being prepared to receive windows and doors.

Unit 4128/29
The roof slab has been poured to allow internal render and services to be advanced.

Unit 4130/31
Patio doors have been installed and window installation is ongoing. The team is also currently closing up electrical and plumbing items to commence ceiling boarding.

Unit 4132/33
Internal tiling works are nearing completion. Doors and sliders have been installed, as well as the A/C ductwork. The pool deck area has also been prepared for concrete.

Unit 4134/35
Boarding of ceilings has commenced. Internal doors are well advanced and patio pool deck tiling is ongoing.

Unit 4138/39
Installation of the kitchen and cabinet works as well as decorations to the ceilings are well advanced.

General Exterior Works:
The retaining structure to the front of 4134/35 is completed and the team is now focused on 4138/39. The area in front of 4120/21 and 4122/23 has also been cleared. External services between units 4134/35, 4136/37 and 4138/39 are being advanced ahead of back-filling with soil.
