Progressing Nicely – Beach Houses Development Update

Work on Phase 1 is continuing at Beach Houses, with the commencement of services down the centre of the road from units 4138/39 to 4130/31. Footpaths are currently being installed to units 4134/35, 4136/37 and 4138/39 while Grasscrete paving is ongoing along the parking bays from unit 4138/39 to 4134/4135. Temporary power and water have also been installed to units 4138/39 and 4134/35 along with the planting of the retaining wall in front of unit 4138/39.

Unit 4120
The pool deck has been prepared and filled. Works below grade and casting of the ground floor slab will be completed in the coming days.

Unit 4122/23
Painting works are largely complete. Appliances are being installed and preparations are being made for snagging of the unit shortly. Pool finishes (mosaic tiles) have also been started.

Unit 4124/25
Painting and decorating is well advanced and installation of kitchen cabinetry to this unit has begun. Cladding to the columns on the patios has been completed along with the ceiling finishes on the patios. Pergolas on the external sides of the buildings have also been installed and decoration to the internal doors is nearing completion.

Unit 4126/27
Storm screens to patios have been installed. Pergolas on the outside of the building have been started and the framing to the patio columns for the cladding is ongoing.

Unit 4128/29
Foundations for the pergolas in the gardens have been poured. The smooth plaster finish is being applied to the internal walls and gypsum plaster finish is being applied to the ceilings in the coffers. Floor tiling has commenced, along with internal doors.

Unit 4130/31
Tiling works are now largely complete and cabinetry internally has begun. The garden pergolas have been constructed and the patio cladding to columns is ongoing. The Troweltex finish to the perimeter of the building has also been completed.

Unit 4132/33
Internal finishes are nearing completion to allow final cleaning and snagging to take place and appliances to be installed. The installation of pool coping tiles has commenced, as well as the process of completing the garden pergolas.

Unit 4134/35
Kitchens and appliances have been installed. Snagging has started in preparation for the furniture installation. Pool Diamondbrite is scheduled to commence in a few days and the soil back-filling and planting has begun. Air conditioning and solar water systems have been installed and preparations are being made to commission this unit.

Unit 4138/39
Snagging is largely complete and furniture has been placed in the unit. Soil and planting externally is ongoing and the air conditioning and solar water equipment have been placed, allowing commissioning to commence. Diamondbrite finishes to the pool are also ongoing.
