Advancing: Beach Houses Development Update

We’re thrilled to share that Phase 1 of Beach Houses is progressing quickly! All eight units under construction are now at significant stages of advancement and we look forward to welcoming each of you into your new homes later this year. Below, please find updates on the individual units:

Unit 4122/23
Rendering of walls is significantly advanced. Installation of doors and windows has started and backfilling around the deck has started. First fix of electrical and plumbing services are almost completed.

Unit 4124/25
Rendering of walls is significantly advanced. Installation of doors and windows has started and backfilling around the deck has started. First fix of electrical and plumbing services are almost completed. Pool walls are presently being constructed.

Unit 4126/27
Roof has been cast together with the base of the swimming pools. First fix electrical and plumbing is 50% completed.

Unit 4128/29
Walls have been erected and preparations for the roof slab and swimming pool base have been cast.

Unit 4130/31
Pool structure is complete and door and window installation has started together with tiling.

Unit 4132/33
Tiling works are ongoing, interior door installation has started and plumbing works for the pool continue.

Unit 4134/35
Tiling is almost completed and the pool deck has been cast. Staged electrical inspections are scheduled.

Unit 4138/39
Tiling is almost completed.

General Exterior Works:

Work on the retaining walls opposite units 4134/35 and 4138/39 continues and the installation of provisions for electrical and plumbing services is ongoing.
