Taking Shape: Beach Houses Development Update

We’re thrilled to share that Phase 1 of Beach Houses is taking shape! Below are updates on individual units:

Unit 4122/23

The roof beams have been cast and the team is presently installing the roof.

Unit 4124/25

Room beam steel is being installed in preparation for the concrete. The pool base has also been cast and plumbers and electricians are running conduits.

Unit 4126/27

Ground floor slabs have been poured and the walls are advancing.

Unit 4128/29

Foundations are complete and back-filling is ongoing in preparation for the sub-structure services and ground floor slab. The pool is also laid out and block work continues.

Unit 4130/31

Roof structure beams are being prepared for concrete.

Unit 4132/33

Roof slabs are placed and the team is in the process of making this unit water-tight. Internal rendering to walls has also started.

Unit 4134/35

Tiling is ongoing and the windows have been installed. The team is presently working on installing the external doors.

Unit 4138/39

Floor and wall tiling is almost complete and the team is installing the external doors presently.

General Exterior Works:

Works to the central access road has started and the team is also excavating for the base of the retaining wall.
