Work Advancing: Beach Houses Development Update

Work is advancing on Phase 1 of Beach Houses!  We’re pleased to the share the below updates on the individual units:

Unit 4122/23

The structure is complete and the team is presently preparing the roof beams for concrete pouring in the coming weeks. The pool base has also been cast.

Unit 4124/25

The structure is complete and the team is presently preparing to pour the pool base and begin forming the roof beams in order to facilitate the concrete poor in the coming weeks.

Unit 4126/27

Backfilling and services to the foundation have been completed and the team is preparing to cast the ground floor slab and commence the structure in the coming weeks.

Unit 4128/29

The team has completed the box drain adjacent to this unit, allowing the back fill for the foundation to be cast.

Unit 4130/31

The structure is complete and the team is presently preparing to pour the pool base and begin forming the roof beams in order to facilitate the concrete poor in the coming weeks.

Unit 4132/33

The structure and pool base are completed. The roof beams are being prepared for a concrete pour shortly to allow completion of the roof in the coming weeks.

Unit 4134/35

Floor and wall tiling has commenced and the team is preparing the openings for the window and door installations in the coming weeks.

Unit 4138/39

Floor and wall tiling has commenced and the team is preparing the openings for the window and door installations in the coming weeks.

General Exterior Works:

Works to extend the surface water box drains has progressed and the team has been clearing to commence the access road and retaining structure to the second tier.
