Continuing Progress: Beach Houses Development Update

Works are continuing to progress steadily on Beach Houses Phase 1! Please find updates on the individual units below, as well as select interior images.

Unit 4120/21
The area has been cleared for foundations to commence this month.

Unit 4122/23
Windows and sliding doors have been installed. Floor and bathroom tiling is ongoing. Ceiling framing has also been completed along with the A/C duct work. Pending electrical inspections, ceilings will shortly be boarded.

Unit 4124/25
The pool structure has been cast and stripped and the plumbing has been installed, now awaiting testing. Internally, plumbing and electrical first fix works are completed to the walls and ceilings and the render has been completed. External render is also now being advanced. Ceiling framing is largely completed.

Unit 4126/27
The pool structure has been cast and plumbing is now being advanced. Internally, most of the first fix electrical and plumbing has been installed and ceiling framing is ongoing. External render has commenced, while internally, render and the making up of openings to receive windows and doors is ongoing.

Unit 4128/29
Roof decking and reinforcement to same is well advanced. The pools walls are also being prepared to be poured.

Unit 4130/31
Door and window installation is almost complete and tiling is well advanced.

Unit 4132/33
Internal tiling works are nearing completion. Doors and sliders have been installed, as well as the A/C ductwork. The pool deck area has also been prepared for concrete.

Unit 4134/35
Internal doors have been hung. The pool deck area has also been cast in preparation for external tiling.

Unit 4138/39
Ceiling boarding is well advanced. Walls have also been slicked in preparation for painting. Tiling to the pool area has commenced.

General Exterior Works:
Waste water treatment plants have been placed and back-filling has commenced. Retaining structure works and below-ground services distribution is continuing. The boulder wall structure along the front of the site has been advanced, along with the extension of surface water drainage.
