Progress Continues – Beach Houses Development Update

Beach Houses Phase 1 continues to make steady progress! Installation of curbs and services to the section spanning from units 4138/39 to 4130/31 has been completed to allow backfilling to commence, ahead of road installation. Drainage along the road edge has been installed for the first section and levels have been reduced for below-road services.

Backfilling has been completed and electrical conduits have been installed in preparation for the mains. Pool walls have been constructed and rendered while the formwork and construction of spa seats have been completed.

Unit 4122/23
The installation of kitchens and closets have been completed. Locks and electronic locks have been installed and hardware has been installed to internal doors. Externally, garden pergolas have been installed and decoration to columns and cladding has commenced.

Unit 4124/25
Cladding to the columns and the side of the building has been completed. Shadow gaps to ceilings and the decoration to ceilings internally have been advanced. Tiling of the patio deck has been completed and door hardware has been installed. External textured paint has been applied to the perimeter roof beams.

Unit 4126/27
Sheeting has been completed on the patio ceilings and the external cladding to the sides of the building have been installed. Cedar frames above sliding doors have been installed and the patio decks have been tiled.

Unit 4128/29
Prep work for air conditioning units has been completed and storm screens have been installed in the ceilings of the patios. PVC ceiling boarding has been advanced and externally, the dividing wall has been built between the neighbouring unit to allow services in the garden to commence. Parex finishing to the roof perimeter beams have been advanced and the cladding to the side of the building has been installed

Unit 4130/31
Ceiling boarding and decoration are now well advanced. Internal walls have been primed and floors have been tiled. The external cladding has been installed and external services have commenced with the clearing of areas at the front of the unit in preparation for the building of the road.

Unit 4132/33
Kitchen and cupboard installation has been completed along with countertops. Finishing carpentry works above sliding doors and shadow gaps to ceilings have been advanced. Lockers have been installed in the storeroom and the remaining tiling to the deck has been completed, along with the textured paint finish to the roof perimeter beams.

Unit 4134/35
The pool tiling is almost complete while decoration, cleaning and snagging works have advanced. Final painting has commenced and appliances are now being installed, which will be followed by the installation of sanitary ware. Externally, final connections are being executed on the electrical and plumbing works to allow soil to be installed.

Unit 4138/39

Snagging is mostly complete. Remedial works to the pool tiling have been completed. Top soil has been placed and landscaping is about to commence. In addition, the external services have been advanced.
