Quick Progress: Beach Houses Development Update

We’re thrilled to share that Phase 1 of Beach Houses continues to progress quickly! All eight units under construction are now at various stages of advancement with several having reached the watertight milestone. We are looking forward to welcoming owners into their new homes next year. Below, please find updates on the individual units:

Unit 4122/23
The roof has been installed and the team is presently applying render to the internal and external walls in preparation for windows and doors.

Unit 4124/25
The installation of electrical and plumbing services is ongoing.

Unit 4126/27
Roof decking is ongoing in preparation for the casting of the roof in the coming days.

Unit 4128/29
Services in the ground floor are nearing completion ahead of casting in the coming days.

Unit 4130/31
In-wall installation of electrical and plumbing services is ongoing and the pool structure has also been advanced.

Unit 4132/33
The roof is installed and the plumbing has been tested. Installation of windows and doors is ongoing in preparation for tiling works.

Unit 4134/35
Windows and doors are installed and tiling is well advanced. Air conditioning duct work installation is ongoing and the team is preparing to commence boarding ceilings.

Unit 4138/39
Windows and doors are complete and tiling is largely complete internally. The patio is screeded in preparation for external tiling. Air conditioning duct work has started in preparation for boarding ceilings.

General Exterior Works:
Box drains are largely complete and the team is now looking to start the retaining wall and services opposite 4134/35.
