Progressing – Beach Houses Development Update

Beach Houses Phase 1 continues to advance! Externally, the installation of services continues with provisioning ongoing for lighting along the retaining wall. This structure continues to advance, together with road works. Infrastructure for rainwater capture has also commenced which will allow for on-site plant cultivation.

Unit 4120/21 – Available for residential ownership. Inquire today!
Adjustments have been made to convert this to a 4-bedroom unit and foundations are now completed. Conduits are currently being installed in the slab for services.

Unit 4122/23
Ceiling work and painting continues. Electrical 2nd fix work is also ongoing. Kitchen installation has started and door lock and tile skirting installation is nearing completion.

Unit 4124/25
Patio tiling is starting and painting is ongoing. Provisions are being made for light fixtures.

Unit 4126/27
Ceilings are being completed and internal painting is being advanced.

Unit 4128/29
Sliding door installation is nearing completion while external walls are being primed and prepared for finishes.

Unit 4130/31
Internal tiling is advancing together with tile skirting, while ceiling work continues.

Unit 4132/33
Kitchen and cupboard installations have started and internal and external tiling continues.

Unit 4134/35
Countertop installation is about to commence, together with the installation of the tile backsplash in the kitchen and kitchenette as well as the pool mosaic tiles.

Unit 4138/39

Snagging of the unit is ongoing and sanitary ware installation is about to commence.
