Things are on the Move! – Beach Houses Development Update

Things are moving quickly at Beach Houses!

The team has been focused on external works over the past month and these are now at a stage where all the sewage treatment tanks are in place and the external drainage and electrical distribution works are starting. This activity will commence from Unit 4138/39 and work towards 4120/21.

The next section of retaining wall has also commenced on site in front of units 4126/27 through to 4130/31. The areas between the units have also been prepared for the pergola structures to be erected starting from Unit 4138.

Unit 4120/21
Sub slab services are presently being installed ahead of the ground floor being cast.

Unit 4122/23
Slicking and painting is ongoing ahead of works to the kitchen and closets.

Unit 4124/25
Tiling and boarding of ceilings is ongoing ahead of wall finishes.

Unit 4126/27
Tiling and boarding of ceilings is ongoing ahead of wall finishes.

Unit 4128/29
Internal and external render has advanced and internal plumbing and electrical first fix works are completed.

Unit 4130/31
Ceilings are being slicked and painted ahead of commencing the walls and moving on to the installation of the kitchen and closets.

Unit 4132/33
Tiling and boarding of ceilings is ongoing ahead of wall finishes.

Unit 4134/35
Slicking and painting is ongoing ahead of works to the kitchen and closets.

Unit 4138/39

Wall and door painting is ongoing ahead of sanitary ware installations. Pool finishes and storm screen installation works are also ongoing.
